1. Brilliant surgeons are kah-razy.
2. They don't perform mundane operations, like appendectomies.
3. They invariably transplant body parts.
4. They don't tranplant kidneys.
5. They do transplant limbs.
6. The transplant donor is typically insane, a criminal, or both.
7. The transplanted body parts behave according to the donor's, not the recipient's, will.

The good news in spooky movie-land: Graft rejection is simply not an issue.
