Healthcare.gov Up and Running–?
It’s slow, but healthcare.gov now appears to be operational. This morning, I was able to log in, enroll, and compare plans. Although YMMV, perhaps depending on your browser (among other things). I had better luck with Internet Explorer than Firefox. The upshot: monthly savings on insurance premiums may be substantial.
